All buyers are advised to make a video while unboxing the product. In case the product is found to be damaged inside the package or a wrong product has been shipped, the buyer will stake his claim on email along with the unboxing video and photos. The matter will be reviewed by the seller. The buyer will have to send the product back to the seller for refund/ replacement. After inspection of the product, a replacement will be shipped to the buyer or refund initiated if the product is received in satisfactory condition.
To be eligible for a return the product must be unused and in the same condition that the buyer received it. THE PRODUCT WILL BE RETURNED IN THE ORIGINAL PACKAGING. It will absolutely be the discretion of the seller to initiate a refund or replace the product.
Once the item is received by the seller an email will be sent to the buyer stating that the product has been received and whether the refund/ replacement has been accepted or not. If approved the refund will be initiated to the original method of payment.
The cost of return of the item will be borne by the buyer. 5% GST and handling charges are non-refundable.
